Sir Sydney Smith

If you like a pub with a dart board and a lot of bricks this is for you. There is a large and good quality dedicated darts area, it’s a friendly boozer, and the website even tells you when there are matches on so you know when it’s not free – All in all this has become one of the best places to play darts in central London. It is also the sort of place that wouldn’t have existed in this part of London a decade ago, but is an unusual benefit of an area improving a little.

Been to this pub?

Tell us when you last played there, so we know the board is still up – and do leave any interesting (clean!) stories while you’re at it.

  1. Board is still up and has at least two teams playing out of there from the insurance league. The oche is conveniently located for the bathrooms and the less scrupulous among us may choose to make well-timed trips there whilst one’s opponents are ‘on throw’.

They do good food for the teams there too – usually freshly made pizza
