An almost perfect oche in a fabulous pub in the quietest high street in London. Feels like a place to play darts with a random stranger, and ending up sharing a pizza. I could spend a lot of time here (although not at the weekends, when it's closed).
Barley Mow W1
There's a dart board at the back left of the pub, but that doesn't even tell part of the story as to why this is such a great place to throw darts. Firstly, this is one of the finest pubs in London, and a must for any history-pub lover. It is more than 230 years old...
Sheephaven Bay
Proper 'locals-plus' pub with a board in the left hand bar, and another in the slightly separate area at the back (which I've never seen anyone using). Darts is a thing here, the board was once again in use on my 2025 visit, and I was told that teams still play here....
