A total refurb at some point during the pandemic has resulted in the board now sitting at the rear right of the pub in a dedicated space – so, as a venue, it is much improved. The clientele, however, remains much the same – very local – but, unlike other slightly rough locals boozers, this place has little charm, and doesn’t have a friendly feel.
