Large, old-fashioned, non-descript boozer – which if I lived nearby I would be very happy to know about as: 1. It seemed super-friendly on my 2026; 2. It seems to have some sort of amazing garden with lots of TVs in it. The dart board is central and fairly prominent, so good luck getting a quiet game in.
As one of the pubs in this guide that I know the least about, I googled it. Apparently it was called the Little Apple for a while, this version of the building was built in 1938, but the pub has been here in total since c1800.
