Sports Bar and Grill

Two board. In a dedicated space. In a nice enough bar. With a raised part of the oche. Near a pool table. With beer. It all looks so perfect until realisation dawns that you have to pay to play (£10 an hour I believe) and both boards have darts mumps (lumpy bits making certain numbers impossible to use). Paying to play has its place, but only when the boards are in good nick.

(If you visit here and the boards have been sorted, please do let me know. Ta).

Been to this pub?

Tell us when you last played there, so we know the board is still up – and do leave any interesting (clean!) stories while you’re at it.

  1. Visited here yesterday, 28/12/19 and could not believe the state of the boards., a complete embarrassment.. One board had no wire on it and looked 40 years old and the other board had the wire hanging off it (and looked 20 years old).
Asked the barman if they had any new boards but his lack of interest summed the place up. Avoid this run down oche at all costs.
